The students get a chance to display their talents in front of a big audience. The Annual Day of our school was held last Saturday. The Army Base Commandant was the chief guest for the evening. The School auditorium had been prepared for the occasion. It was decorated with flowers of paper. It looked very beautiful. The chief guest arrived on time and look his seat. The first item was presented by the nursery and K.G. students. They were dressed up as flowers and looked very lovely. They danced all around the stage without making a single mistake. Sports day celebration report

Report writing on sports day held in school Sports Day At BVM -Arjun Shah BVM Convent Sr. Sec. School, Danapur organized Annual Sports Day for classes Kindergarten to VI to XI on January 25, 2017. Approximately 1000 students participated in the customized and fun-filled track and field events.   The programme began with the welcome ceremony of the chief guests, Mr. S.P.Sharma, the Chairman and Mrs. Meenal Sharma, the Director. Mrs. Radha Jaitley, the Principal welcomed the guests with bouquets. A melodious welcome song was rendered by the school choir. The Sports Day was inaugurated by releasing balloons and beautifully decorated placard bearing the School’s name and motto by the Chief Guests, Guests of Honour, and the Principal. Then the much awaited track and field events started. As the budding athletes of BVM Convent ran for the finishing line, the school campus reverberated with enthusiastic cheers from the spectators. Many new records were made in 50 meters

Report writing format and example

A  Report  is a written composition or, in other words, we can say it is a prepared talk about a particular subject. It is a vivid expression of a personal experience on account of something heard, seen, done, studied etc meant to be published or broadcasted. The most common example is the news reports we read in the newspapers, everyday. Reports can be of many types, such as A newspaper report A report about an event or function at school/institute/ organisation A report about an accident/happening that you have witnessed A report about an enquiry or survey While Writing a Report be factual and do not add any information on your own that may seen fictitious. write in indirect speech and preferably in passive voice. write in third person form and avoid using pronouns like I, me or you. avoid imposing your personal opinions and do not make any conclusions. answer the questions to ‘when’, ‘where’, ‘why’, ‘what’, ‘who’ and ‘how’.
